why do we get shivers when we go to the bathroom?

why do we get shivers when we go to the bathroom? both women and men get it. is it because the bathroom is cold? even if its like 85 degrees in there, why do find ourselves getting shivers. some would think the set is to cold on our butts. hahaha. . . funny to think that. if I was asking my husband he would just say "Goggle it!" but seriously. next time you go to the bathroom think about it the next time you get shivers.
